Refund policy

At Rowhaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

Return Requirements

We accept returns of damaged or defective items for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. A return must be accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued in the same payment format as the original purchase or by gift card.

Rowhaven cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items, trading card game items such as Magic the Gathering or Pokemon cards, or gift cards. These purchases are final.
